The 8th Annual Teachers' Symposium, organized by the German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology will be held on October 9, 2021 in Khovd city under the topic of “Education and Technology”.

The aim of the Symposium is to exchange experiences and knowledge between lecturers and researchers of universities for engineering and technology and secondary schools, to discuss the challenges of science and English language learning, their solutions and new teaching methods.

The Symposium, which focuses on distance learning and technology solutions due to the pandemic situation (COVID-19), will begin with a plenary session to discuss topics regarding improving the coherence of English lecturers' seminars and science classes and will continue with sub-sessions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.

The Symposium is co-organized by the Education Department of Khovd province, and the University of Khovd. As the symposium is planned to be a hybrid of online/offline, lecturers and researchers working in the education field of engineering, technology and science are invited to participate and share their teaching methods and experience.
