The GMIT administration oversees a wide range of tasks to support teaching and research. Our administrative team manages various functions such as IT support, campus upkeep, finance, student and staff recruitment, career services, and quality control.

RECTORATE'S OFFICE
Handles accreditation, quality assurance, internal audits, consultancy, and provides guidance on PR, marketing, and industry partnerships.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Manages the campus management system, IT infrastructure, and the GMIT website.
CAMPUS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Responsible for construction and facility management at the university.
FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT
Manages budgeting, accounting, procurement, and financial control, including tuition and dormitory fees.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Oversees staff development, administration, payroll, occupational health and safety, personnel policies, career services, and more.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL UNIT
Prioritizes the health and safety of each student and staff member as our top priority. Our aim is to ensure well-being and efficiency by establishing a safe and hygienic environment for learning and work. Regular evaluations include workplace safety assessments, disaster preparedness evaluations, assessments of working conditions, and ongoing COVID-19 risk assessments.
Moreover, a medical professional is on-site to conduct medical check-ups primarily for students.
