The new Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Resources and Technology has been introduced by online
The German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology has successfully introduced a new Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Resources and Technology by online during the period of the transition to the Disaster Preparedness. More than 40 attendees who are seeking to study for a master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, or technology involved in the online presentation under the slogan of “Join the next generation of Mongolian engineers!”.
The event was opened by the greeting of Prof. B.Battsengel, Rector of the GMIT, and Prof. L.Altangerel, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs made a brief introduction of the program. Furthermore, Sungchil Lee, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, made a presentation on “Transition from Research to Solutions” and Ch.Enkhzaya, Professor of Economics and Management of the Institute, made a presentation on “Social Communication Skills in Science and Technology”. During the event, the questions of the participants were answered and a discussion was held.
The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Resources and Technology is designed to build on students’ existing engineering and natural sciences knowledge, and prepares them to complete independent and application-oriented research work. Students will expand their professional skills, and will gain deep insights into cutting edge research methodologies. This postgraduate program is co-designed with GMIT’s German Partner universities and is tailored to the specific needs of the industry in Mongolia and beyond.
In the further, The GMIT is planning to conduct an online presentation of the Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Resources and Technology in cooperation with its industrial partners which is operating in this field. Therefore, youths who want to get a master degree in engineering or natural sciences, as well as organizations interested in training professionals in the program are invited to participate in the next online meeting.
