Training on Peer Observation was organized for GMIT lecturers
The Language and Didactic Center of GMIT organized a training on Peer Observation on 20th April, 2022.
Peer observation training is essential to increase the acceptance of the process and to have participants feel comfortable that the observer would understand what to view and how to view it. Topics covered included peer observation, good practices of effective teaching and learning, GMIT peer observation form, feedback and online observation. Those who completed this training can now serve as peer observers at GMIT.
