GMIT offers its students a 10 percent tuition reduction

According to the resolution of the Board of Governors of the German-Mongolian institute of Resources and Technology on the basis of the “Temporary procedure for granting tuition reduction and transferring tuition fees to all levels of education organizations regardless of ownership” approved by the Ministry of Education and Science in 2021, in the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, all undergraduate students will receive a 10 percent tuition reduction. The reduction is also available to new entrants to the undergraduate program.

In the academic year of 2021-2022, the German-Mongolian institute of Resources and Technology is offering Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Raw materials and Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy and Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Master of Science in Resources and Technology. This academic year, the GMIT Scholarship Committee plans to provide 951 million MNT in scholarships to its students including:
  • GMIT Scholarship,
  • DAAD Scholarship – TNB: Scholarships for semester exchange programs at the TU of Freiberg, Germany
  • DAAD – Sur Place: tuition and living expenses for one academic year include a monthly stipend of € 200.
In addition, since its establishment in 2013, GMIT has provided three types of scholarships to its students with total funding of 2.6 billion MNT.
