Academic members of GMIT and MUST will cooperate and exchange experiences
The representatives of Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) were invited to visit at the German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology to get acquainted with the campus's activities, laboratories and research. During the meeting, the academic members discussed further cooperation in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding.
There are variety of opportunities to implement a lecturer and student exchange program, establish a joint research center, and expand a climate change research into a joint project at the Antarctic Studies Center of the MUST.
In addition, the GMIT offered to co-organize joint workshops and meetings including international short-term professors from Germany, on the other hand, the MUST invited professors and lecturers to its annual event “Mongolian Engineer”. The event, regularly organized by the Faculty of Technical Mechanics of MUST, is involved not only universities that train engineers and technicians but also factories and enterprises for improving development of the new technologies and creating designs.
