Portrait of Dr. Wullkopf, GIZ-GMIT Project Manager, was honored on the GMIT Wall of Honor
Farewell event for Dr. Frank Wullkopf, GIZ-GMIT Project Manager was held by the family of German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology at GMIT campus. During the event, a portrait of Dr. Wullkopf was honored on the GMIT Wall of Honor.
Since 2016, he has been a valuable contributor to GMIT for accreditation. Through Dr. Frank Wullkopf's steadfast support in quality management expertise, GMIT has achieved accreditation for its programs from prestigious bodies such as ACQUIN and MNCEA, enhancing the GMIT’s academic standing. During the COVID-19 pandemic situation, as a Project Manager, he provided various support for the GMIT, the campus extension project, the renovation of the facade of the student dormitory, and the timely resolution of technical and equipment difficulties.
Dr. Frank Wullkopf has successfully organized and secured funding for the SRDF, fostering research and development initiatives at the University. He also played a key role in expanding cooperation at the international level, especially in Germany, student exchange, internship, joint research projects, training events to improve the capacity of academic staff, and strengthening diversity.
Through his duties in the project, he made a valuable contribution to introducing German engineering education standards in Mongolia's higher education sector.
