The aim of the scholarship named after the Prime Minister of Mongolia aims to implement Mongolia's long-term development policy "Vision 2050" and "New Revival Policy", and to contribute on social and economic development, to develop patriotic citizens, to encourage the best experts-leaders who have international competitive knowledge.
