The first GMIT Alumni Retreat 2022 was successfully organized on November 5th, 2022 at GMIT campus. More than 50 graduates from 2018 to 2022 arrived at the meeting, and met with members of the Student Council, and the professors. Additionally, they exchanged information with each other, the representatives from each year's graduation also held a team discussion and presented to the their ideas that would contribute to the further development and improvement of the GMIT.

During the retreat, GMIT and "GMIT Alumni" NGO signed on the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation. Furthermore, improvement suggestion that made by graduates will be designated in the University's plan and implementation jointly.
