GMIT Participated in the “Education Reform-2026” Exhibition

The German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology (GMIT) successfully participated in the “Education Reform-2026” Exhibition, organized by the Capital City Education Department in collaboration with Misheel Expo Center from April 23–26, 2026.

The exhibition is one of the largest education sector events in Mongolia, aimed at promoting the development of higher education in line with international standards, introducing current trends and developments in the education sector to the public, and supporting students in making informed decisions about their future careers and educational pathways.

The event brought together representatives from various educational institutions, including public and private universities, international higher education institutions, colleges, technical and vocational education and training organizations, professional training centers, foreign language institutes, and other education-related organizations.

During the exhibition, GMIT introduced its educational opportunities and provided information to high school students, parents, and visitors about:

* Undergraduate programs in engineering and technology fields;

* Academic environment, laboratories, and student life at GMIT;

* The unique features of German-Mongolian educational cooperation;

* Opportunities to receive internationally oriented engineering education;

* Admission procedures and study opportunities.

In the 2025–2026 academic year, more than 42,000 students are studying in grades 10–12 across Mongolia, making career guidance and access to quality education information increasingly important for young people preparing for higher education.

Through its participation in the “Education Reform-2026” Exhibition, GMIT contributed to providing students with accurate information about university education opportunities and supporting them in selecting suitable career paths.
