Traditionally, The GMIT organizes this event annually for training our interns who are studying as engineers and researchers with Mongolian and German curriculum at professional companies and factories and intervening to provide graduates with job opportunities. It provides the opportunity for students and graduates to use their knowledge gained through training in practice in the field and to find their future employer.
 
In addition, the enterprises will be able to participate in the event and select from the university students and graduates of German engineering education in Mongolia for internship, recruitment of employee and cooperate with available research projects.
