Scholarships

From university scholarship to financial support, GMIT provides several programmes that support the academic and professional pursuits of the next generation of engineers. GMIT is committed to being financially accessible to students of all backgrounds and from all over Mongolia. Financial aid, consisting of need-based scholarship and/or loans, is offered to GMIT’s students with demonstrated need. GMIT offers a variety of scholarships, e.g. via the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to students with excellent academic performance, active involvement in extracurricular activities or financial need. The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Stefan Duppel, handed over DAAD scholarships to GMIT students. GMIT is constantly developing its contacts to companies and other supporters in order to secure a broad base of scholarships for students. Almost half of all GMIT students are receiving a scholarship or financial support.
